Data we process

  • Contact and quote requests (form, email, phone): name, email address, phone number, municipality, requested service and the content of your message.
  • Customers: contact details, service address, details of the service, billing and payment data.
  • Technical server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser – recorded automatically by the hosting provider for the security of the website.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your request and preparing a quote: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Performing and invoicing the service: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retaining accounting records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising purposes and never sell it.

Retention periods

  • Requests that did not lead to a service: 12 months after the last exchange.
  • Customer data and invoices: 10 years, in accordance with Luxembourg accounting obligations.
  • Server logs: according to the period applied by the hosting provider, generally a few weeks.

Recipients

This website uses no cookies, no audience measurement tools and no advertising tracking services. The fonts are hosted on our own server: no data is passed on to third parties when you visit. This is why no cookie banner is shown to you.
